Denby Monsoon Veronica Dinner Plate
The plate is beautiful and the 8 I ordered were delivered very speedily, for 'standard' delivery.
My one criticism is that the sticky (Palmers stock) label on the back of each plate was very difficult to remove and quite time consuming. (The Denby Monsoon label on the front of each plate was quite a lot easier to remove cleanly.)
Of 16 other items of Monsoon crockery ordered, 3 arrived broken however as soon as this was reported to Palmers replacements were delivered immediately by 1st class post. I can highly recommend Palmers for their excellent customer service standards and value for money and will have no hesitation in using the company again.
Delivery: For most items we aim to deliver within 5 working days and use a secure courier. Small or lightweight items may be sent via Royal Mail.
Beds and mattresses are delivered directly from our suppliers and will take between 14 - 24 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email detailing your delivery method.
Please note: delivery of some items may take longer should we need to source it directly from a supplier, although we will always contact you in this instance. Please refer to our delivery and returns page for more information.
Returns: We will refund any item you are not completely happy with*. Just send it back to us, unused, within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.
*Please note: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of bed care, beds and mattresses. This does not affect your statutory rights.
