My teapot arrived very well packaged and on time and looks lovely in my new kitchen. For my the handle is a tiny bit awkward to grip but I have got largish hands. It pours nice and quick but if you fill it up when you stir the tea it does sometimes fly out of the spout. I must admit it myself, I am very fussy so probably am being over picky!
