We aim to deliver within 4 working days following the date of your order but to avoid disappointment, please allow 8 working days. We will contact you within 48 hours if we suspect there may be a delay in the dispatch of your order.

Most of our products are stocked in our Great Yarmouth store which is where everything is dispatched from. However, we do have some lines that will be coming from our other stores or directly from the suppliers.
Where products are in stock at our Great Yarmouth store you can expect the order to be dispatched on the next working day. Products coming from our other stores will take a few days to get to us and so will be dispatched within 3 working days. Anything that is coming straight from the supplier will be dispatched within 4 working days.
Don't worry if you think you have made a mistake when placing your order. Just email us as soon as possible with the details and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you spend under £50 then shipping will cost £3.50.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged, defective or the incorrect quantity, then please notify us via email of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Where possible, please attach a photo of the fault.

Yes! If you live close by to any of our stores you can pop by to pick up your order. Just click the Callback option at the checkout and when we phone you back tell us when you want to come in and collect. We'll get your order ready for your chosen day of collection.
